Marketing & Admin officer – part time (2-3 days a week)

Australian Pathway Consulting is a professional Migration and Educational Services company based in Melbourne CBD. As part of our expansion and growth plan, we are looking for a highly motivated and friendly Marketing and Admin Officer to be part of our professional and high performing team. Preferred start date in early January 2020.

Key responsibilities

 

Marketing

  • Manage social media, including planning, content development and client monitoring

  • Conduct relevant marketing initiatives to ensure effective and efficient client expansion strategy

 

Administration

  • Assist the Migration Agent and Education Consultant in preparing documentation for school admission and visa application

  • Provide client service support and follow up on any outstanding issues

  • Undertake relevant administration tasks and instructions when required

 

Key requirements

  • At least 1 year of office experience

  • High level of computer literacy and strong attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

  • Demonstrate teamwork skills and ability to work independently

  • Experience using social media platforms and digital marketing

  • Understanding of Australian education system or Australian student visa process is an advantage
